Nocciolata

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 1 hour Ingredients 50g. of shelled hazelnuts 1 / 2 cup whipping cream 300g. flour more 'one for dusting 100g. sugar 3 eggs 220g. butter 2 tablespoons rum 1 tablespoon baking vanilla PROCEEDINGS -------------------------- Grind finely in a mortar shelled and skinned hazelnuts, place them in a bowl and add the cream, stirring gently.

Put in a bowl the flour, sugar, eggs, 200gr. butter, softened and cut into small pieces and rum, then mix vigorously until the mixture is soft and smooth. Add yeast, mix it with the dough, combine the hazelnut cream and incorporate it well with the pasta. Grease and lightly flour a cake pan and pour the mixture, bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Leave to cool the "core" and then the mold.
