How to Peel tomatoes and remove seeds

First of all put a pileup of water to boil. Now prepare another pileup with water and ice to the water gets too cold. Then as it heats the water cut a cross on the base of the tomato. The cut should be as shallow as possible, if you cut only the skin the better but if you miss a little knife to the tomato flesh.

When the water is boiling add the tomatoes (if not all fall do in batches). Leave the tomatoes in boiling water 1 minute.

Now passes quickly with a slotted spoon tomatoes to the pileup with cold water and leave there for a while until they lose heat. With a couple of minutes will be enough if the water is cold.

Remove the tomatoes from the cold water and see how the skin is separated from the tomato itself and you you just have to pull some of it to detach completely. Thus already have completely peeled tomatoes and ready to use in any recipe you need. But if you prefer tomatoes peeled and seeded go to the next step.

To remove the seeds cut the tomato into small pieces (depending on size of tomatoes and tomato variety we use) and with your finger or a spoon to separate the seeds from tomatoes. By this we have tomatoes ready to use in any recipe.
