An incredibly refreshing smoothie is with us today emerged spontaneously in the kitchen! We have just a few strawberries and watermelon added to the mixer. Then came a cup of yogurt. But something was missing ... Yes, yes, melon and mint fits great, strawberry and mint as well, and what ever might fit better as a strawberry mint? We had recently bought me, it smells really like a mixture of mint and strawberry, and perfectly fits everything sweet.

Funky Monkey - Smoothie
I got the recipe from here - I must say, the best smoothie in the world, especially if you can not decide between something healthy and some chocolate ingredients are frozen banana, some peanut butter and chocolate syrup and milk. I have taken my homemade soy milk. The result is a creamy, fluffy, chocolaty smoothie, but which nevertheless is not too sweet, and thanks to the banana can still pass for a pretty healthy.

Power drink with ginger, honey and lemon
To dispel a persistent mild cold for good, I like to eat chicken soup or a sharp drink hot tea or a hot colds Aspro C hot drink. But what if it was outside (at last) is totally hot, and it really does not want something hot? You simply drink this chilled Power Drink! It consists of water, ginger, honey and lemon juice and served cool.
All served as an edible decoration at best, like I have a few kumquats for the extra vitamin C. It tastes pretty sharp ginger, but refreshing at the same time and you feel energetic, great - instead of a Aspro C I'll try it first from now on with this! *-* Water in a pot, inside rub ginger on low heat and bring slowly to a boil.
