Moussaka (in greek: μουσακάς) or Mussaca is a typical dish of Greek, Balkan and Middle East similar to the Sicilian Parmesan. The Greek version is the best known. This is a pie made with eggplant and ground meat to be cooked in the oven, topped with a thick cover of white sauce au gratin, but there are many variants with zucchini, potatoes and other vegetables as desired.
Here is our review of this delightful range ... Serves 4 people: cut into rounds 1 cm two round eggplants for about 150g each. Let them boil for 5 / 6 minutes in water and salt. with a food processor blend together the following ingredients: 300g of chicken breast, 2 carrots 1 zucchini and add oil, salt and pepper QB.
