Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll each piece rather finely with the help of the rolling pin and cut the squares of 5cm. around the side. Place each square on a piece of sausage, chopped olives, salami or anchovy. Roll it and wring wrapped like candy. Place the candy on the plate previously greased oven and cook at 180 degrees until 'just begin to brown.
