A dessert perfect for cool summer. The pineapple tiramisu does not use nor eggs, nor of mascarpone, a slightly sweet and very tasty! INGREDIENTS - 250 g of pineapple - 500 g of fresh cream - 500g plain yogurt - 400 g ladyfingers - 100 ml of milk - 3 tablespoons of liqueur cake PREPARATION Cut the pineapple into pieces (leave some whole slice for decoration final) and keep the juice storage.
In a large bowl with electric whips whipping cream, combine the yogurt and mix thoroughly. Prepare an emulsion with milk, liqueur and pineapple syrup kept aside. Wet the sponge and adagiali in a pan, forming a uniform layer. Pour half the mixture of yogurt and cream, cover with the pineapple pieces and stretch the rest of the cream prepared.
Decorate as desired.
