Potatoes and rice

Serves: 2 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 30 minutes INGREDIENTS 100g. rice 2 potatoes, weighing 100g. about 10g each. butter 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese salt PROCEEDINGS -------------------------- Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and wash them, put them in a pot with 750dl. cold water (do not ever cook the flour in hot water, would remain grainy).

United teaspoon salt and cook for 10 minutes calculated from the beginning of the boil. Add rice, stir and simmer for 15 minutes without putting the lid. Turn off the heat, add butter and Parmesan and serve. This dish is' just too hot.
