Asparagus strawberry salad with crispy seitan strips

My dinner today: fast, delicious and healthy it should be, and were joined this fruit salad! I have often heard in blogs on the combination of asparagus and strawberries, and because today was both in our organic box, it was tested just once. First I asparagus cooked in a little broth. He came with strawberry slices on lettuce.

On top of a dressing of balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, walnut oil and lemon juice. Finally, I've cut my Asia-seitan into strips and breaded with panko. Golden brown and crispy fried, came also added. My conclusion: to sit down! Clean the asparagus and cut into 3 cm pieces. 1 tablespoon oil in a nonstick frying pan, and fry the asparagus briefly.

Pour in the broth, cover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Distribute the salad on a plate, and spread the asparagus on it. Strawberries onto it. From stir soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and walnut oil is a dressing. call with Stevia sweet, and over the salad. Seitan pat dry and cut into strips.

In flour, egg and panko roll, and heat the remaining 2 tablespoons canola oil. Therein both sides until golden brown and crispy roast and pour over the salad.
