Cream of potato and green beans

Ingredients: For 4-6 people: 1 kg potatoes, 1 kg of green beans, 1 large onion, 200 grams of cheese lightly seasoned, 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, nutmeg, salt. Difficulty: Easy. Preparation: 1 hour. Preparation: Peel the beans and boil them in salted water for 20 minutes.

Add the potatoes peeled and cut into pieces. When the vegetables are cooked, drain and mash the vegetables in the mill. Chop the onion and sauté over low heat in oil. Add the mashed potatoes and green beans seasoned with nutmeg, add the parsley, season with salt and sprinkle the surface with cream cheese flakes.

Turn off the heat and keep warm for a few minutes before serving.
