Lettuce Hearts with salmon, wasabi and lime

Salads are always a refreshing and nutritious incoming at any time of year thank to start the meal, but are indispensable in summer. Within the broad range of possibilities we have to make a salad, a tasty option are these Lettuce Hearts with salmon, wasabi and lime. This salad is so simple to do as most, few ingredients is formed, but they are perfectly harmonized, offers a set of exquisite flavors, textures also come into play, Lettuce Hearts are crisp, very smooth and refreshing marinated salmon home (for us the best, made to taste) sweet, green pistachios not become crunchy texture but have a very nice, fresh sweet corn explodes on the palate bringing their sweet taste ...


4 lettuce hearts, 100 g marinated salmon on a piece, 50 grams onion, sweet corn 30 grams, 30 grams green pistachios, chives, wasabi and lime dressing, extra virgin olive oil, salt and red salt.

Cut the base and remove the outer leaves of lettuce hearts, cut in halves or quarters, depending on the size they have, and put them in cold water for washing and cool, then drain well. Cut the marinated salmon into cubes, put it in a large bowl. Peel onion and cut into brunoise, add it to the bowl, also incorporates the sweet corn, green pistachios and chopped chives, mix well and add a pinch of salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Prepare the wasabi and lime dressingand proceeds to serve the salad.
