Beef Strogonoff

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 1 hour Ingredients 1 kg. 600g beef fillet. 100g of rice 1 onion triatata. butter 1 liter. 200g of meat broth. 100g of flour. butter chopped parsley salt pepper PROCEDURE -------------------------- Toast the flour in a pan with 50g. of butter, mix, add half 'of the boiling broth, chopped onion and cook until the broth to dry, then set aside.

In another pan, melt the remaining butter, add the beef fillets, brown, salt and pepper, then cover them with a batter of flour. Serve the fillets with rice boiled in broth and sprinkle with remaining parsley.
