Breakfast-oatmeal-cake from the oven with sour cherries and walnuts

That's today for breakfast, but I baked the cake last night already, and today he was only made warm in the microwave because the time in the morning during the week is just mostly. The cake consists of oatmeal, milk, eggs, vanilla syrup, banana puree, apple sauce, walnuts and sour cherries. The mass is in the oven baked crunchy.

Delicious all ingredients and mix well, and are then at least 10 minutes so the oats can absorb liquid. Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Pour into a buttered mold and bake for about 35 minutes. Depending on my mood serve with maple syrup or vanilla syrup for drizzling for breakfast.

Unbaked chocolate brownies with chocolate and avocado cream

The recipe I found little here, and today tried. The crazy thing is that the whole thing in about 10 minutes is already finished, as nothing must be baked. The floor is made of dates, walnuts and Kaka powder. In comes a super-chocolaty cream of avocado, honey, vanilla extract and cocoa powder again. Everything in the fridge is a bit harder.

The taste is amazing, almost chocolaty as It Gets, despite the fact that the whole is not too sweet! Very delicious, creamy, and to remain healthy, what more could you want? First, walnuts, dates, and the 1 / 3 cup cocoa mix in a grinder until it is fine, much like potting soil. press into a baking dish.

Healthy carrot oatmeal muffins with banana icing

Both the recipe for these muffins and the recipe for the banana glaze is ohsheglows, I simply combined and slightly modified. For example, I used instead of the specified Spelt flour with one half whole wheat flour because I had no Spelt flour at home, and the rest I've replaced with finely chopped oatmeal.

I have also replaced the applesauce with a mashed banana, raisins, dates, and by the cocoa bits of walnuts. In just 25 minutes they were baked, and with little sugar, a little oil and no egg! Cool it, I have given each a big blob on top of the glaze, which consists of mashed banana, peanut butter and powdered sugar is.

There's meat and meat 2-3 times a week, fish or shrimp 1 x per week. Why do I bake something anyway purely vegan? Because I wanted to try it! *-* I know yes brownies with egg and milk, so the whole thing is beautifully creamy and fluffy.
