Chicken and mushroom pie

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Media Preparation time: 2 hours Ingredients 1 chicken (about 1kg.) 200gr. frozen puff pastry roll 500gr. 120g button mushrooms. of ham 2-3 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 2 garlic cloves 1 egg (optional) 1 carrot 1 onion 1 flavors of celery salt, pepper -------------- ------------ PROCEDURE Clean the chicken and boil in a pot with boiling water, carrot, onion and celery, and add the spices of your choice and a tablespoon of salt.

When will 'disossatelo baked let it cool and then cut it into strips. In the meantime, clean the mushrooms by removing the earthy side, wash them quickly, slice them and cook them in 2-3 tablespoons oil and 2 cloves of garlic. When cooked, season with salt and pepper and add the chopped parsley.

Roll out the puff pastry (thaw in the meantime you do) and line a roasting pan, but remember 'to take them by a rectangle the size of the pan. Place dough on a layer of chicken, salt, pepper and add a layer of mushrooms and one of ham, then continue doing other layers in the same order.

In the end all cover with the pastry that you have kept aside. Bucherellatene the surface with a fork and bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. If you prefer that the surface is golden, brush them with beaten egg yolk.
