The title may seem confusing - I vegan? No, never, that's for sure! To eggs, butter and milk I could never do without, and the meat or seafood I eat from and super happy. There's meat and meat 2-3 times a week, fish or shrimp 1 x per week. Why do I bake something anyway purely vegan? Because I wanted to try it! *-* I know yes brownies with egg and milk, so the whole thing is beautifully creamy and fluffy.
For purely vegan version can you omit the eggs, and replaced the milk with soy milk or the like. But without eggs, is that even possible? I was so excited I have found the recipe, and just as fake. Was totally easy to make, after 30 minutes it was baked, and taste her delicious brownies Just as others too! If I had not thought of, probably makes out the banana puree.
Incidentally, I have instead of dark chocolate chips that made with white chocolate, because I found the combination of zartherbem dough and the sweet white pieces (yes, they remain in baking sometimes get really!) That great find. But I took a little less sugar. The unit of measurement in cups, I just measured again with my American measuring cup, in grams, so I do not live exactly how much they are.
So I have prepared them: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix all liquid ingredients, then add to dry ingredients and mix well. Finally, the white chocolate chips, fold. Place in a baking sheet lined with small baking dish, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
The form can be cool, then cut into pieces.
