Goddess byDay proposes: chicken salad, olives and capers

The chicken salad, olives and capers proposed by byDay Goddess is a quick and refreshing dish, perfect in summer. Ingredients for 4 persons - 300 g boiled chicken breast - 50 grams of cooked ham, diced - 50 g Swiss cheese, diced celery-1 - 15 g capers - 30 g olives - extra virgin olive oil ' olive oil - salt to taste Preparation Cut the chicken into strips and diced celery.

Gather all ingredients in large bowl, season with salt, olive oil and serve.
