Turkey burritos on Porcini and Parsley Sauce

Today was a Sunday a little bit special. All day to settle and eliminate junk from the basement and cleaning up in the freezer. We recover a pack of turkey breasts, a bag of parsley and some porcini mushrooms orphan who can not be used for a dish of fettuccine. What do we do? but it: A recipe easy and quick to suggest.

Sausage rolls: Take three or four slices of rump meat and roll it out with a beat, ricavatene 6 slices.
