Chicken in Thai

INGREDIENTS FOR BITES. 1 lime 200g. 6 chicken breast basil leaves 200g. 16 green beans lettuce leaves 1 teaspoon red curry 1 egg 1 teaspoon brown sugar 1 teaspoon nam pla sauce, black pepper oil for frying.
FOR THE SAUCE. 1 / 2 clove garlic 1 tablespoon peanut oil 4 tablespoons of sauce 4 tablespoons soy sauce and sour.

PROCEDURE. Prepare the sauce: you soak the crushed garlic for 1 minute, focus moderate with a little oil, add soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce, stir and set aside in a bowl.
Prepare morsels; grated lemon rind finely and cut the chicken into pieces, helping with the mixer, add the basil. Cook the green beans for 10 minutes in boiling salted water, drain and cut into small pieces. Rinse, squeeze and dry the lettuce leaves. Whisk the chicken and beans. Incorporate the lemon zest, curry powder, egg, sugar, nam pla sauce and pepper.

Form 16 meatballs and brown in oil for 5 minutes. Drain and put them to dry on paper towels. Serve the sauce into individual bowls and salad separately: the bites should be covered with a lettuce leaf and soaked in the sauce.
