Mayo ham rolls

The mayo ham rolls are easy and quick to prepare. INGREDIENTS - for 4 - 8 slices of ham - 4 eggs - 3 tablespoons milk - a few leaves of mint - 2 slices - Calvé mayonnaise mayo - salt. PREPARATION - In a bowl beat the eggs with the milk, a pinch of salt and a few leaves finely chopped mint.

Mix well with a fork and pour the mixture. Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon to crumble the mixture. Make it cool. Lay a slice of ham, lies at the center a piece of cheese slices, a spoonful of the mixture of egg and a drizzle of mayonnaise.

Roll up, forming rolls, and being careful not to break the slices of ham. Continue in this manner for all slices and arrange the rolls in a serving dish. Decorate as desired with Calvé mayonnaise mayo. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
