Turkey curry

INGREDIENTS: 400g. 100g of turkey breast. of dry bread 1 tbsp curry powder 1 cup oil for frying salt. PROCEEDINGS: Cut turkey breast cubes of 1.5 cm. side. Grate the dry bread in a food processor. In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs with curry powder and a pinch of salt, put the pieces of meat and shake until 'will be completely covered.


Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Pour the turkey into small pieces a little at a time and brown on all sides. Drain and place on paper towel. Arrange in a serving bowl and sprinkle with salt. Serve garnished with lemon slices.
