PROCEEDINGS -------------------------- sugar Peel the apples and cut into wedges eliminating the core, put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with brown sugar and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Pass the rice grains for reducing it to a mixer and pour into a small saucepan with the milk and granulated sugar.
Bring on the heat and cook for about 20 minutes, adding, if necessary, hot water. As soon as the rice is' overcooked shake it with the blender until the mixture is quite smooth, add the honey and let cool. Melt the chopped chocolate into the cream heated on the stove and stir until the mixture is homogeneous.
Cut the banana into rounds and cooked apples into small pieces and cups made up of alternating the ingredients. Set aside the cream of rice in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and serve.
