Sweet biscuits and peaches in amaretto

Doses for: 4-6 people. Easy. Preparation time: 40 minutes + 2 hours in the refrigerator. INGREDIENTS: 180gr. 150 grams of dry biscuits. 140gr sugar. butter 1 can of peaches from 450gr. 6 soft amaretti crumbs 1 cup amaretto liqueur 1 tablespoon brown sugar 150gr. vanilla pudding already 'ready 2 tablespoons peach schnapps.

PROCEEDINGS: In a bowl, put 100gr. ofbutter, softened to room temperature, sugar and processed until all the mixture is soft and fluffy. Add the biscuits and powdered amaretto liqueur and mix thoroughly. Put on a round serving dish cloth, the mixture and give it the shape of a disk with a thickness of 2cm.

Refrigerate for 2 hours. Meanwhile, drain the peaches and cut into slices not too thin. Melt brown sugar in a pan with the remaining butter. Moisten with brandy and liqueur will be just 'has evaporated, turn off the heat and let cool. Arrange biscuits on the disk that you removed from the refrigerator in the meantime, the vanilla pudding, garnish, in concentric circles with the slices of fish and sprinkle the pudding with crushed amaretti biscuits.

TIP:  If you feel that the brandy is too strong, you can change and choose another peach liqueur.
