This week starts posting a recipe book for my tea time with delicious Madeleines matcha tea that was sent to me by e-shop ... Cuddles Small tasty morsels forest green! I love this tea for that particular scent so that its aroma and unique and I believe that together with other products has become a symbol par excellence of the innovations that you can know when you're part of the world of fact foodblogger cyclically bloggers (let's face it all ), we take fixed, so there was the time of matcha tea, the lemon curd, salt flavored Nutella of DIY, the dulce de leche, the tonka bean.

Returning to today's recipe madeleines now entered into my heart and perhaps the sweet symbol of tea Tea time with this but I think they are too beautiful to be seen and then to make them really read like a breath, I also used the dough rice flour, which made them divinely delicious! Tea with whom I have accompanied it is equally special, or Green tea ginger and orange Pompadour a mixture of crisp and fragrant I have prepared and then I left to cool in the fridge and then serve in this beautiful tea Wald line Felice Nostalgia ...

Madeleines matcha tea 2 eggs 125 g unsalted butter 100 g Fiandino Farms raising flour Molino Rossetto 25 g of rice flour Molino Rossetto 130 g brown sugar 2 tablespoons Emporio Ecological honey 1 tablespoon matcha green tea Pampering Place in a saucepan to melt butter with honey ..
Sift the flour, beat eggs and sugar, add the flour and butter then matcha tea flavored with honey. Let stand a couple of hours in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 240 degrees. Fill the molds for madeleines (I used ones from the Pavoni fact that when I print my madeleines are churning like a dream!) And bake for 5 minutes.
Reduce the heat to 180 degrees and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.
