Ucha (Fish Soup)

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 1 hour 15 minutes INGREDIENTS 400g. Fish small 30g. onion 2 tablespoons parsley, spices (bay leaves, pepper) salt -------------------------- PROCEDURE Clean small fish (eg fish perch), pour cold water, bring to a boil, remove the foam, add the parsley, onion and salt and continue to simmer over low heat for 40-50 minutes.

When cooked, put the spices. Strain the broth and pour into soup bowls. A pleasure, in trays in hand, served the savory pastries stuffed with fish, meat or cabbage to accompany the soup.
