Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 1 hour INGREDIENTS 5 egg yolks 100g. 50g of sugar. 1/2l white flour. milk 80gr. of shelled hazelnuts 200gr. whipping cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract In a saucepan PROCEEDINGS -------------------------- beat well the egg yolks with sugar until creamy foamy, add the flour and vanilla, then add milk, stirring constantly warm.
Boil the cream for at least 5-6 minutes. Toast the hazelnuts in the oven and eliminatene the skins, chop them fine. When the cream will be 'fully cooled, add the chopped nuts and whipped cream incosporate. Divide the mixture into 4 cups. Refrigerate and serve, decorated according to your taste, you can add some whipped cream and put a whole hazelnut in the center.
