Anchovies with potatoes and onions

Anchovies with potatoes and onions are a great main dish with fish. Accompanied by a few slices of bread and a nice salad can be served as main dish. Ingredients for 4 persons - 800 g of anchovies - 6 potatoes - 300 g tomatoes - 2 onions - extra-virgin olive oil - a few tablespoons of vegetable broth - thyme, salt, pepper PREPARATION Clean anchovies: remove the head, in April book, removes plugs, wash them under running water, then dry on kitchen paper flaws.

Peel onions and cut into thin slices, peels the potatoes and cut into cubes.
