Bucatini smoked

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 30 minutes INGREDIENTS 1 onion 1 clove garlic 100g. 50g smoked bacon. butter 1 piece of chili salt 500gr. 100g of peeled tomatoes. 100g of smoked cheese. 500g of parmesan. bucatini -------------------------- PROCEDURE Prepare a fine chopped onion, garlic and bacon, then transfer it in a large earthenware casserole (large enough to hold the dough) and brown in melted butter.

Add the chilli, a pinch of salt and tomatoes, which have drained the fluid retention and mashed with a fork. Stir and cook on low heat and covered container for 20 minutes. Reduce the smoked cheese into strips and grated parmesan. Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of boiling salted water.

Transfer the pasta to the pan, add both cheeses and stir the ingredients thoroughly to fire sweet. Serve directly with the baking pan.
