Rabbit with peppers and mushrooms

Ingredients: Serves 4: 1 rabbit cut into pieces 2 red peppers, 200 grams of mushrooms, 1 sprig of rosemary, 1 glass of white wine, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 20 g butter, broth, salt and pepper. Difficulty: Easy. Preparation: 1 hour. Preparation: Clean mushrooms and slice. Wash the peppers, Privatel the stalk and pith and cut it into strips.

Wash and dry the rabbit pieces and brown in a pan with the butter and oil. Add the mushrooms, peppers, and after a couple of minutes, even wine. Add salt, pepper, flavored with rosemary and cook in oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, basting if necessary with a little hot broth. Serve immediately.
