Crispy bacon with maple syrup

This is an appetizer to pamper yourself, energetic, brave, and the crispy Bacon with maple syrup is a snack that will lead to a feast of flavors on the palate. The idea is to put a slice of diner, along with some bread sticks or bread sticks and if you please, with a few flakes of Parmesan as shown in the picture.

It is very easy to develop this crispy Bacon with maple syrup, I recommend taking advantage of going on the stove to make it big and make this appetizer, it is in the oven where you will get to make the bacon crispy and glazed with syrup maple. 4 slices of bacon, 4 c / w maple syrup, freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of salt.

To accompany A few flakes of parmesan and some breadsticks. Put in baking dish, cover with baking paper, spread the slices of bacon, previously painted on both sides with maple syrup. Put a weight on top so that no rice, cover with greaseproof paper previously. Enter the tray in a preheated oven at 200 º C and let the bacon dries about ten minutes, but the fat makes difficulties.

When you see the red color begins to take the one with the bacon done (for it will have to remove from the oven and uncover), and that is not going to curl, let a few more minutes in the oven to be finished, leaving crisp and caramelized. Remove the bacon from the oven and add freshly ground pepper on both sides and a pinch of salt, but is a bit soft on cooling will be more crisp.
