Kisses of whites with matcha tea and pistachio

I have officially fallen in love .... Matcha Tea: D!! I know, I arrived late now passed the matchamania that raged last year to this tea so special and saw what happened in Japan I think that in Italy we will find less and less. When Cuddles (e-commerce site of teas from around the world with delicious fragrance all to try) sent me this bag for me to try this tea so precious I immediately thought of using it for something sweet, but sweet and distinctive as its taste ...

and here come these very light kiss, pistachio flour (Bacchus) and matcha tea and a true delicacy that color .... rest of rapt look at him! These kisses are very delicate, but without some sort of Macaronesia crown: D and to complete so fabulous kiss I thought I'd stuff it with a cream nothing short of divine, the cinnamon of the creamy Bacchus ...

an explosive mix of perfumes ... you try but be careful addictive: D!! Kisses of meringue with pistachio nuts and tea matcha 2 egg whites 100 g icing sugar 30 g flour 30 g almonds, pistachio flour 1 teaspoon matcha you a bit of cream of tartar First sifted flour 2 times just as well if necessary join this matcha tea and set aside.

Fitted with the whisk the egg whites until they become beautiful and firm, add the sugar gradually and cream of tartar. When the mass of egg whites and soda, flour and greasy tea with a spatula with movements from the bottom side without removing the egg whites. Put the mixture into a pastry bag, and make small piles on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper enough to make them apart and put in oven for 15 minutes 160gradi.

Wait for it to cool completely before removing from the pan and fill with cream and cinnamon
