Chicken with lemon

Ingredients: For 4 servings: 1 chicken cut into pieces 2 red onion, 1 sprig of rosemary, 2 bay leaves, 1 glass of lemon liqueur, salt and pepper. Difficulty: Easy. Preparation: 1 hour 20 minutes. Preparation: Peel the onions and cut into regular spicchietti. Sauté in a nonstick pan the chicken pieces in a hot oven, 200 degrees for 5-6 minutes on each side.

Add the onions, chopped rosemary and bay leaf and pour the liqueur, salt, pepper and cook for 45 minutes, turning pieces halfway through cooking so they cook evenly. Turn on the grill and continue cooking until the chicken skin will be golden. Serve immediately.
