Peanuts with rose petals

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 40 minutes INGREDIENTS 500g. peanut 300gr. brown sugar 3 tablespoons of oil rose petal jam PROCEEDINGS -------------------------- Shelled peanuts, wash and put them in a small saucepan and cover with water, cook for about 5 minutes, then drain. In another bowl, put sugar and a glass of water, stir well to cool, then place over heat and, stirring constantly, cook for 5 minutes, so you get a quite thick syrup.

Combine this syrup, peanuts and rose petal jam, stirring gently; Put the pan over the heat and simmer for 5 minutes over very low heat, stirring constantly so the mixture does not stick. Turn off the heat and let cool. Meanwhile, grease the baking tray with a little oil. Once the mixture has 'warmed up and you can manipulate with your hands! Make balls a little more' larger than a walnut and place them on the greased plate.

Put in the oven, previously heated to a temperature nedia (180 degrees) and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Place each ball into a "paper cups" pastry and served with you 'or hot chocolate.
