Biscuits with jam

Serves: 4-6 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 40 minutes + 1 hour in the refrigerator INGREDIENTS 300g. 150g of flour. 170g of sugar. butter 2 eggs grated rind of 1 lemon salt PROCEEDINGS -------------------------- blueberry jam on the pastry place the flour, sprinkle with sugar and add 150gr.

Knead the ingredients just enough to mix and should get a fairly crumbly dough, and put it to rest in refrigerator for 1 hour. Insert the previously greased ramekins in the oven and bake the cookies for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 degrees. When cooked, remove the cookies from the oven and from the molds (do the same if you need to do more 'for a batch), well let them cool and fill with cranberry jam.
