Tagliatelle with bacon, peas and asparagus

Ingredients for 4 persons - 350 g of noodles - 1 bunch of asparagus - 100 g of bacon - 200 g of peas - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 40 g butter - chopped onion - grated cheese - salt, pepper PREPARATION Clean the asparagus and lessali in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and keep them aside. In a saucepan melt the butter, combine the peas, add a glass of water, salt and cook for about 20 minutes.

In another pan, pour a tablespoon of olive oil and brown the chopped onion, combine the bacon and let cook a few minutes, then add the asparagus and peas. Cook 5 minutes, then turn off the flame. Boil noodles in salted water. Once cooked, season with the vegetables and the bacon, sprinkle with pepper, cheese and serve immediately.
