Creamy guacamole pasta with colorful pepper prawns

The idea to combine, guacamole and pasta, I have come through this blog. Sounds a little strange at first perhaps, but combined with my pizza hummus had all also tasted delicious, so why not try it out? The great thing is that the sauce is ready in 5 minutes. Man mashed including avocados, cashew nuts, milk, garlic, tomatoes and spring onions, and finished this, I've fried shrimp, which fit great to! I have seasoned with salt and bright and freshly ground pepper.


An incredibly tasty and healthy dish that is quickly done - one of the best recipes that I have ever had! *-* Shrimp mixed with salt and ground pepper. In the oil fry on both sides. Meanwhile, all the ingredients for the sauce of avocado puree until coriander in the shredder musig. Then add the tomatoes, chili and 2 spring onions, and mix it again until everything is connected, it should be in place by the latter ingredients, but still small pieces.

Season with salt and lemon juice. Spread on the noodles and cover with the shrimp and serve sprinkled with the remaining 2 chopped green onions hot.
