Tiramis Strawberry

Ingredients: For 8 people: a pack of Pavesini, 600 g strawberries, 500 grams of mascarpone cheese, 5 eggs, 200 ml of whipped cream, 1 cup of milk, 5 tablespoons sugar, sugar to macerate strawberries. Difficulty: Easy. Preparation: 40 minutes + rest of the strawberries. Preparation: Wash, clean and slice strawberries.

Insaporiscile with 4-5 tablespoons of water and sugar. Let stand for an hour. Whip the cream, egg yolks and whites separate and assemble the red and sugar trying to make them puffy and fluffy. Continue with layers until all ingredients, taking care to end with pieces of strawberries.
