Mediterranean Fettuccine

Ingredients for 4 persons - 350 g fettuccine - 500 g fresh tuna, diced - 1 tablespoon caper - 4 anchovy fillets, 1 onion - 400 g of tomato sauce - 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil - parsley chopped - chili, salt PREPARATION Chop the onion. In a saucepan, pour oil and fry the chopped onion, add tuna, diced and after two minutes add the wine and let evaporate the alcohol.

Cut the anchovies into small pieces, rinse the capers under cold running water and join all the tuna. Also add the tomato, adjust with salt and cook for 5 minutes. Boil the fettuccine in boiling salted water, drain when al dente and season with the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley, red pepper and serve.
