Tuna steak

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 20 minutes INGREDIENTS 600g. fillet of fresh tuna, extra virgin olive oil salt pepper 4 tablespoons (1 pink, 1 white, 1 black, 1 green) 2 cucumbers FOR THE SAUCE 2 lime olive oil soy sauce sugar cane ------ -------------------- PROCEDURE Grind pepper.

Add salt and anoint the tuna steak with a little 'oil. Pass it in the pepper. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 150 degrees. When and 'still warm, cut into slices about 1cm thick. Serve with with cucumbers peeled, seeded and cut into julienne strips. Dressed with an emulsion prepared slamming 2 lime juice with 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, a tablespoon of soy sauce and a teaspoon of brown sugar.
