Serves: 8 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 40 minutes INGREDIENTS 1 roll of puff pastry 1 pear ready 300gr. 50g fresh ricotta. chocolate chips 1 tablespoon of butter 3 egg yolks 100g. cinnamon sugar flaked almonds to decorate PROCEEDINGS -------------------------- Peel the pear, Privatel cored, cut into cubes and brown in a small saucepan with the butter, 1 tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.
In a bowl mix the yolks with the sugar, add the ricotta and chocolate chips, and Unltimate, pear cooked. With a pastry-lined pan covered with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the cake tin, level the surface and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar and almond flakes. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
