Orecchiette with broccoli

Ingredients: For 4 servings: 300 g orecchiette 1 pound of turnips, 3 cloves of garlic 4 anchovy fillets in oil, 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and pepper to taste Difficulty: Easy. Preparation time: 20 minutes. Preparation: Peel turnips removing tough leaves. Cook in boiling salted water, drain and set aside.

If you want you can use the same water to boil pasta. In a separate pan fry in oil, chopped garlic, chopped anchovy fillets and also if you like chilli. Buttateci turnips and let them season for a few minutes. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce, stir for a few minutes over high heat, add pepper and serve hot.
