Brava Beef Quesadilla

The quesadillas are an elaboration of Mexican cuisine that we love, are easy to make, quick and versatile, gives us many possibilities to combine ingredients that are often difficult to decide what to fill tortillas, and behold a proposal Quesadillas brava beef (not a traditional Mexican recipe is one of our preparations).

Although the basic preparation is just quesadillas with corn tortillas (and wheat in parts of Mexico) and cheese to melt, it is also a treat for cheese lovers, we can make quesadillas with different ingredients, especially meat are incorporated , some vegetables ... sure you can tell us what's your favorite quesadilla, and then test these brave Beef Quesadillas, slightly spicy, which are a delight.

8 tortillas (wheat or corn), 500 grams of minced beef, 80 grams of hot sauce (homemade), 12 slices of cheddar cheese (if they are small may be needed more), 100 grams of grated mozzarella, 80-100 grams of brie cheese spreads, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, salt, and guacamole (recipe for guacamole), sour cream or yogurt sauce on the side.

Veal Chop and place a pan with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil and when hot, includes ground beef, season to taste and move with a spatula to evenly done. When the meat is cooked, drain if it has been a lot of fat and pass it back to the pan, add the hot sauce and mix well. Reserve hot.

Arrange on the bench with tortillas and spread with cream brie cheese in all its diameter, then only half tortilla (because then you have doubles) over a little grated mozzarella, ground beef, cheddar and a little more mozzarella. Quesadilla closes like a book, resting her hand on it without filling, and press lightly to hold the shape.

Finalize the remaining quesadillas. Put a pan without grease fire, medium-high heat. When hot quesadillas incorporates one by one, let it roast and melt the cheese and flip it to toast the other side also. Serve Beef Quesadillas brava fan-shaped cut, if the tortillas are not very big, just cut them in half and emplátalas accompanied by some guacamole or salsa to taste.
