Stuffed olives

Ingredients: For 4 persons: 100 gr of chicken, 100 emails, 100 of beef, 50 g ham, 2 eggs, 1 stick of celery, 100 grams of parmesan cheese, onion, 1 small carrot, a piece lemon peel, half a glass of white wine, a tablespoon of olive oil, nutmeg.
