Grilled tuna

Ingredients: For 4 people: 4 slices of tuna about 250 grams each, the juice of one lemon, 2 cloves of garlic, parsley, 5 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper. Difficulty: Easy. Preparation time: 20 minutes. Preparation: Wash the fish and pat dry with paper towels, sprinkle with lemon juice. Peel the garlic and finely chop the parsley, salt, pepper, pour the oil and stir.

Brush the marinade on the tuna steak, grill the eggplant on both sides for 5 minutes and serve garnished with herbs to taste and thin strips of lemon zest.
