Egg and ham muffin Endive

The combination of Egg mollet with endives and ham is delicious, combine all ingredients in every bite is a festival of flavors for the palate, with nice textures, soft, nothing beats a good homemade bread to accompany. 4 eggs (L), 4 endive, 2 slices of ham, a small bunch of chives, extra virgin olive oil and salt.

Place a grill fire, rubbed with extra virgin olive oil, low temperature, almost to a minimum. Clean endives and cut them in half, Shalala to taste and place them by the cut on the grill, let it go by slowly, softening, then turn them over. Meanwhile, put a pan with water on the fire to make eggs mollet.

When the water starts to boil, introduced eggs and cook five minutes of clock. Remove the pan from the heat and passes the eggs under cold water to cool and stop cooking as well. Then carefully peel them not to break the curd is clear but they are tender, because the yolk remains fluid.

In a saucepan or microwave, dry the ham to be crisp and then cut into small cubes. Wash the scallions and chop finely with a knife. Finally, when the endives are tender, put them with the cut side down and turn the heat to brown before serving.
