Spicy porridge with bacon, fried tomatoes and caramelized

I was so excited, the creamy, cheesy, spicy porridge, to the hearty bacon, fried crisp and the sweet tomatoes, a true explosion of taste in the mouth! 1 tablespoon olive oil in a small saucepan, sauté onion and garlic.
