Peppered Mussels

Ingredients: For 4 people: 2 kg of mussels, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of parsley, pepper and ½ cup extra virgin olive oil. Difficulty: Easy. Preparation: 25 minutes. Preparation: In a large bowl, wash and clean the mussels under running water with all the vulvas. With a boxcutter remove the beard and rub with a brush metal.

Settle the mussels in a saucepan with garlic, peeled and chopped parsley and olive oil. Cover and let the mussels open, stirring just stirring the pot grabbing the handles. Once the valves are open, serve the mussels sprinkled with pepper, very hot. If desired, serve with peppered toast.
