Broccoli and fried potatoes

Ingredients - 200 grams of broccoli - 200 g potatoes - extra-virgin olive oil to taste - 1 clove garlic - salt and pepper Preparation Clean the broccoli, sliced potatoes. Cook the potatoes and steamed broccoli (or lessali). Grease a large frying pan with oil and let cook the crushed garlic.

Combine the broccoli and potatoes, season with salt and pepper and then jump on a high flame for few minutes, until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
