Ingredients for 4 persons - 250 g of spaghetti - 2 artichokes - 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil - 120 g of peeled shrimp, chopped parsley - salt and pepper Preparation Clean the artichokes by removing the outer leaves and trim the ends, then divide each artichoke into 4 parts. In a saucepan, pour 4 tablespoons of oil and then brown the artichokes for a few minutes.
Combine 4-5 tablespoons of water, adjust with salt and cook covered for 6-7 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook for another 5 minutes. Boil the spaghetti in salted water, drain and let it jump to the tooth for a few minutes in the pan with the artichokes and shrimp, combine the remaining oil, parsley and pepper.
