Baked cod with spices and pine nuts

This recipe is prepared in 15 minutes plus cooking time. The crunchy breading makes this dish truly delicious. Ingredients for 4 people - 2 cod fillets from 400 gl'uno - 40 g pine nuts - 100 g of bread crumbs - 40 g of grated cheese - 2 cloves garlic - 1 egg - 1 dl milk - flour - Marjoram - Parsley - salt, pepper Preparation In a frying pan toast the pine nuts for 2 minutes, without adding fat.

In a blender, chop up the pine nuts, garlic, parsley and marjoram, stir the mix made with aromatic cheese and breadcrumbs. In a bowl fitted with the electric whisk the egg, milk, a tablespoon of flour, salt and pepper, to obtain a homogeneous batter. Grease a pan with oil, lay the fillets of cod, salt them and brush with the prepared batter, then sprinkle with spice mix.

Press with your hands so as to adhere well to the breading and bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
