Carrot muffins (no sugar)

Serves: 8 Difficulty muffin ': Easy Preparation time: 40 minutes INGREDIENTS 400g. 200g of carrots. 300g agave juice. 70g flour. 100ml raisins. 200ml sunflower oil. soy milk 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 pinch of salt PROCEEDINGS -------------------------- Chop the raw carrots, washed and peeled in a blender with the milk, oil and the juice of agave un'impasto until smooth.

Soak the raisins soaked in warm water. Mix flour with baking powder and salt, incorporate the raisins to the mixture previously obtained and mix well together. Pour the mixture into muffin cups and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Did you know that ... The agave and 'native Mexico, is extracted from the sap of Agave and contains mostly fructose.

Its sweetness and 'equal to about 2.5 and can' be employed in creams and jams.
