Scrub the mussels by cleaning them of any beards (linen) and then open them in the pan to scald and shell. Diced bell pepper and saute in a pan with a little olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, a sprig of rosemary, then add the mussels, let them season for a couple of minutes, seasoned saute 'with salt, pepper and then divide it tomatoes in the media.
Accommodate them in a dish and serve with a seal at pleasure.
